Abstract

This review covers the past year's literature on colorectal surgical conditions including neoplastic conditions, ischemic colitis, and endometriosis of the colon and rectum. Also reviewed are various functional diseases, radiation injury, rectal hemorrhage, colorectal trauma, and infectious colorectal diseases. Reports on gastrocolic fistulas, collagenous colitis, and hemophilia are briefly reviewed.
