Abstract
İntegral Teori kronik pelvik ağrı, mesane ve barsak disfonksiyonlarının tahmin edilebilen gruplandırmalarda oluştuğunu ve bu semptomların gevşek uterosacral/cardinal ligamanlarla ilişkili olduğunu vurgular. Buradan hareketle prolapsus ve semptomların hepsi bu ligamanları kısaltarak ve güçlendirerek potansiyel olarak tedavi edilebilirler.
