Free radical oxidation reaction serves as a regulative factor of metabolisms under normal conditions, whereas in pathology it controls the proliferation at tissue level. The aim of this study was to investigate the proand antioxidant system markers in endometrium and myometrium hyperplastic processes. During this study a total of 40 patients were examined. Group 1, contained 20 patients with benign combine hyperplastic processes of uterus (myoma, adenomyosis and simple endometrial hyperplasia) and group 2, included 20 patients with solitary myoma.
