Реабилитация больных после лапароскопических операций по поводу трубно-перитонеального бесплодия

Abstract

80 patients with tubal-peritoneal infertility inflammatory genesis were surveyed, mean age 26 ± 1,4, duration of infertility from 2 till 14 years. All the patient were conducted treatment-diagnostic laparoscopy. 32 patients (group of comparison) in pre-and the postoperative periods traditional medicamentous and physiotherapeutic treatment was carried out. In the basic group 48 patients in the early postoperative period (after 12—24 hours) on a background of medication therapy was carried out complex electro-laseromagnetic therapy by device KAP-ELM-01 «Andro-gin» during 4—5 days. After next menses continued treatment by physical factors during 14 days with the purpose of restoration of functional activity of uterus tubes and preventive maintenance of adhesive process. After treatment at 44 patients from the basic group at control kimopertubacia was defined the normal tone and peristaltic uterus tubes, in comparison group a normal tone and peristaltic uterus tubes was defined at 17 patients. In 15 (31,3%) patients, receiving treatment in a complex with device KAPELM01 «Andro-gin», in 3 months after treatment there has come pregnancy. For this period pregnancy is not registered in comparison group. The received results allow to consider, that the offered technique of rehabilitation of patients with tubal-peritoneal infertility of inflammatory genesis authentically increasing efficiency of spent traditional therapy, provides fuller restoration of passableness uterus tubes, and also high frequency of occurring of pregnancy.
