The clinical effect observation of mifepristone in obstetrics and gynecology disease

Objective To analysis the clinical effect of mifepristone in obstetrics and gynecology disease. Methods Retrospective analysis the clinical date of 72 cases patients from December 2010-December 2012. 20 cases of termination of pregnancy,12 cases of emergency contraception. 29 cases of abnormal uterine bleeding,6 cases of endometriosis. 5 cases of other diseases. All patients were treated by mifepristone. Observe the clinical effect. Results After treated by mifepristone,the efficiency of termination of pregnancy was 95. 0%( 19 /20),emergency contraception was 83. 3%( 10 /12),abnormal uterine bleeding was 86. 2%( 25 /29),endometriosis was 83. 3%( 5 /6),other diseases was 80. 0%( 4 /5). Conclusion Mifepristone in obstetrics and gynecology disease has good effect,a wide range of indications. Worthy of clinical application.
