Abstract
Objective To understand the inhibitor of apoptosis protein Survivin and Bcl-2 in endometriosis(EMs) in the expression and relevance. Methods By SP immunohistochemical method to detect eutopic endometrium, ectopic endometrium, and normal endometrium at proliferative phase, secretory phase inhibitor of apoptosis protein Survivin and Bcl-2 positive rate. Results The inhibitor of apoptosis protein Survivin,bcl-2,respectively,both in the normal endometrium is proliferative or secretory phase showed no expression, but the inhibitor of apoptosis protein Survivin,Bel-2 in eutopic endometrium, ectopic endometrium in both proliferative or secretory phase exist in expression, and inhibitor of apoptosis protein Survivin,Bel-2 in ectopic endometrium in both proliferative or secretory phase of the positive rates were higher than the reign of membrane-positive rate, there was statistically significant difference(P 0.05).However,Survivin,bcl-2 in ectopic endometrium were proliferative and secretory phase of the positive rate, the difference was not statistically significant(P 0.05).Endometriosis of survivin protein expression and Bcl-2 expression was positively correlated, the correlation coefficient(r = 0.785,P = 0.000).Conclusion Survivin,Bel-2 in ectopic endometrium in the two work together to inhibit ectopic endometrial apoptosis, and thus involved in endometriosis pathogenesis.
