Abstract

目的 探讨射频热凝固微创子宫内膜消融术治疗月经过多的效果.方法 2002年6月至2004年6月应用射频内膜消融器,对100例月经过多的患者实施子宫内膜消融术,术后随访3个月至2年,观察月经量等方面的变化.结果无月经54例(54%),月经量明显减少者10例(10%),点滴出血30例(30%),月经减少不明显6例(6%),总有效率94%.结论射频热凝固微创子宫内膜消融术是治疗月经过多的一种十分有效的微创治疗方法,具有安全、简单、快速、费用低且疗效高等特点.值得进一步推广。
