Abstract
We would report a case of rectal endometriosis with lymphnode invasion. A 42-year-old woman was referred to us for the treatment of rectal submucosal tumor. We found a submucosal tumor in the upper rectum. We could not deny that was malignant tumor so as leiomyosarcoma, so that we performed the laparotomy. During the operation, the tumor was pathologically diagnosed as endometriosis, and we did the partial rectal resection. Pathological examination revealed the tumor was endometriosis of rectum with regional lymphnode invasion.
