Abstract

This paper presents a transformative approach to education, integrating agile methodologies into teaching and learning practices. It begins by contextualizing the necessity of agile learning in the modern educational landscape, drawing on a comprehensive review of background literature. The document then outlines the essential competencies required for educators in this innovative environment, emphasizing skills beyond traditional teaching methodologies to foster a dynamic, flexible, and effective learning atmosphere.
