Abstract

Sclerosing Encapsulating Peritonitis (SEP), also known as Abdominal Cocoon Syndrome, is a rare condition characterized by nonspecific episodes of bowel obstruction and intestinal dysfunction. This is a case of a 45-year-old male with multiple previous episodes of abdominal pain and obstruction.
