Sliding sign and gel sonovaginography: A sneak peek prior to laparoscopy in patients with endometriosis
This study found the sliding sign to be a sensitive and specific ultrasound method for assessing pouch of Douglas obliteration, while gel sonovaginography accurately detected deep infiltrating endometriosis.
