The Electrical Conductivity Probe, Pressure Gauge Hike, and Temperature Inflation of Different shaped Al-SiO 2 elementary Materials

Abstract
The indication of an increase in pressure and the particle size relevance on the electrical properties of Al-SiO 2 embodiment at elevated temperatures are reported in this study. The sample area, thickness range, and particle size are respectively 34.0 x 35.0 mm 2 , 20.8–22.10 mm, and 25µm. The constituents of the same particle size are made into solids by applying the compaction method at various pressures of 7 and 20 to 60 MPa. Results obtained from observations showed that the composition of Al in SiO 2 , temperature increase, pressure upsurge, and constant particle size greatly altered the resistance, resistivity, and electrical conductivity of the compacted materials. It was revealed that samples were found with electrical conductivity between 0–40 and 60–100% weight of Al in composites The resistance reduces with an increase in pressure. Resistance increases with an increase in temperature at the specific composition of Al but displayed resistance breakdown at the equal composition of constituent and at room temperature. The resistance also reduces with an increase in temperature at the remaining composition after the conductivity breakdown. The conductivity increases with the increasing percent weight of Al and it also increases with increasing temperature, before conductivity breakdown.
