Application of Laparoscope in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Ovarian Endometriosis Cyst

Objective To study the clinical application effect of laparoscope in the diagnosis and treatment of endometrial cyst.Methods 70 patients with endometrial cyst admitted in our hospital from July 2012 to June 2013 were selected for analysis and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.Patients in the control group were treated by traditional open surgery,while those in the observation group were treated by laparoscopic operation.And the clinical therapeutic effect,indications for surgery and results of follow-up were compared between the two groups.Results The difference in overall response rate between the two groups was not statistically significant(P0.05).Compared with the control group,the intraoperative blood loss of the observation group was less,duration of operation and length of stay were much shorter,the differences between the two groups were significant;the incidence of postoperative infection,organ damage and other complications of the observation group was obviously lower,the recurrence rate of the disease was much lower,pregnancy rate was higher,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion For patients with endometrial cyst,the clinical curative effect of laparoscopic operation is similar to that of the traditional open operation,but the operation indexes of the former are more excellent,the recovery time of patients is shorter,the incidence of complications and recurrence rate are lower,the success rate of pregnancy is higher,therefore it is worth the clinical promotion.
