Abstract
Objective To discuss the curative effect of dysfunctional uterine bleeding patients treated by medrysone combined danazol. Method From Jan 2004 to Jun 2008, in the first people's hospital of Zhaoqing, to retrospective analysis of 33 cases of dysfunctional uterine bleeding patients includes out-patient and inhospital. With danazol 0.2g 2 times per day, and medrysone 4~8mg 2 times per day orally, used in conjunction 20 days. Observed before and after treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding symptoms, blood, liver and kidney functions, B ultrasonic examination of endometrium and pelvic cavity. The method is diagnostic hysteroscopy or curettage. Result In the cases of 33 patients, after treatment for the first time after treatment, 28 cases is markedly effective, and 5 cases were effective. Conclusion Danazol combined medrysone treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding can signif icantly increase the curative effect.
