Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinic effects of two different treatment methods by comparing dysmenorrhea degree and laboratory index changes of the patients underwent operation with that of the patients treated with traditional Chinese drug Shao Fu Zhu YU soup. Methods 60 patients finally diagnosed for adenomyosis were divided randomly into two groups, surgery group and traditional Chinese drug group, with 30 patients in each one. Follow-up time was three months. By observation and comparative analysis of the dysmenorrhea degree score and CA125 change in the two groups, the ultimate motive was to observe the curative effect and advantage of the two different treatments. Results (1)The total effective rate in the two groups respectively was 100% and 80%, thus the result had obvious statistic difference(P0.05). (2)The NRS/PPI scores and CA125 level after treatments were lower than that before curatios, thus the result had obvious statistic difference(P0.05), especially in the operation group. (3)The TXB2 level were lower after treatments in two groups, especially in the traditional Chinese drug group, the result between the two groups had obvious statistic difference(P0.05).Conclusion Compared with Shao Hu Fu Zhu Yu soup, surgeon increases manifestly recovery rate, releases the pain degree of adenomyosis. However, the traditional Chinese drug is superior to the operation in improving minicirculation and activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis.By surgeon and traditional Chinese drug treatment, the hormone disequilibrium state will be regulated. Thus, the complex therapy of operation and traditional Chinese drug can increase healing rate and alleviate algomenorrhea symptom.
