Abstract
The researches of haemolymphodinamic indicators changes under endogeneous intoxication syndrome in the process of chronic inflammatory gynecologic disease therapy with the sor-btionic-lymphogenic technologies use have been represen-ted.The obtained results give an opportunity to develop the clinical gynecologic practice criteria of the endotoxication course and severity evaluation under chronic inflammatory gynecologic disease based on clinic researches and intoxication indexes earlier known in surgical practice and suitable for gynecology. As an additional techniques the algorithm of diagnostics and treatment for chronic inflammatory gynecologic disease can be created. The obtained results enable to make a conclusion about expediency of using sorbtionic-lymphogenic technologies in gynecological practice, because, these technologies enable to create high concentration of antibacterial preparations in region of an inflammation of preservation colonial resistencies of organs of a small pelvis, that lead to the shortening of sharp stage of process and soonest clinical recovery. Perhaps, developing of this algorithm of diagnostics can become an element of the functional control over dynamics and quality of therapy at chronic inflammatory disease in gynecologic practice, and the using sorbtionic-lymphogenic technologies will give new opportunities to reduce not only quantity of preparations for treatment chronic inflammatory gynecologic disease, but also will contribute to the liquidation chronic endotoxicosis at inflammatory gynecologic disease, increasing patient's quality of life.
