Abstract

The levonorgestrel releasing intrauterine system is an effective and safe form of long-term yet reversible birth control.Nowadays,it has been used to treat the menorrhagia and release the painful of endometriosis/adenomyosis,and it also shows the effect of anti-endometrial hyperplasia while using the tamoxifen or hormone replacement therapy.
