Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of gonadotropin releasing horm one agonist(GnRH-a) in treatment of endometriosis after laparoscopic surgery. Methods: Total of 185 cases diagnosed as endometriosis definitely after laparoscopic surgery were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of voluntariness,90 cases in control group did not received adjuvant therapy,95 cases in observation group were treated with GnRH-a for 12 months after laparoscopic surgery, then the changes of reproductive hormones levels, clinical efficacies and the rate of pregnancy in the two groups were compared. Results: After treatment for 12 months, there was significant difference in reproductive hormones levels and clinical efficacy between the two groups(P0.05),but there was no significant difference in the rate of pregnancy(P0.05).Conclusion: Laparoscopic surgery combined with GnRH-a is effective, which may reduce the recurrence rate of endometriosis.
