Clinical Analysis of Celioscope Operation to Treat Endometriosis

Objective To evaluate the clinical values of celioscope operation to cure endometriosis.Methods To Summarize the 69 cases of celioscope diagnoses and operations to cure endometriosis(R-AFS,I-Ⅳ).Results The 69 cases of operations were all made successfully.19 cases are to divest cysts from endometrium,in which 15 cases are made in one side and 4 cases are made in both sides of the matrix.61 cases of ectopic focus electric coagulation are made and at the same time 42 cases of salpingolysis and 13 cases of salpingostomy are made.During the operations mentioned above,4 cases of hysteromyomectomy and 35 cases of hydrotubation are also made,15 of which both fallopian tubes are unobstructed,11 of which one fallopian tube is unobstructed and 9 cases of which both fallopian tubes are obstructed.The operation lasts from 30 minutes to 126 minutes and the average operation time is 79 minutes.The amounts of hemorrhage during the operation are from 10ml to 80ml,and the average amount is 25ml.And no serious complicating diseases occur.21 out of 40 cases of dysmenorrhea disappear and 12 out of the 40 cases are significantly alleviated.So the total effect rate is 82.5%.16 out of 35 cases of sterility get pregnant and so the rate of pregnancy is 45.7%.Conclusion Celioscope diagnosis and operation to cure endometriosis is safe,effective and easy for the patient to recover.And especially for the patients who also get sterility,it is easy to get definite diagnosis result and at the same time increase the chance of getting pregnant.
