The Analysis of Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of 104 Cases of Endometriosis

Objective:To study and explore the clinical feature and the clinical diagnosis and treatment of the endometriosis.Methods:To review and analysize the 104 cases of endometriosis from January 2007 to December 2009 in Huainan Material and Child Health Hospital.Results:The proportion of endometriosis accounts for 12.8%(104/814),in which ovarian endometriosis takes 41 cases,adenomyosis 28 cases,pelvic endometriosis 35 cases and malignant transformation of ovarian endometriosis 1 case.The follow-up examination of 4 to 27 months finds out 5 cases of hypoqastralgia relieve,2 cases of pregnancy,one case of vaginal endometriosis and one replase case.Conclusion:Endometriosis is a type of progressive diseases.Early diagnosis and treatment is reguarded as the best therapeutic schedule for this disease.
