Історично лікування ендометріозу було фундаментально реактивним, зосереджуючись на хірургічному висіченні макро-уражень (кіст, спайок) або придушенні пізніх больових синдромів після того, як вже відбулося незворотне пошкодження тканин та фолікулярного пулу. Наукова школа Вікторії Гудзяк впроваджує парадигму Превентивного перехоплення ендометріозу©. Ця доктрина визначає профілактику ендометріозу не просто як зупинку росту ектопічної тканини, а як випереджаючу молекулярну, нейроімунну та епігенетичну блокаду хвороби на субклінічній стадії, що ефективно зупиняє прогресування патологічного Ендо-Віку (Endo-Age©) пацієнтки.
