Thirdly, to observe the changes of the normal and transplanted endometrium on the 2nd, 4th and 5th week after therapy. Results With the time extending, decreased number of the survived graft, shortened height of epithelium and atrophy of the nucleus of the glandular cells were shown in all experimental groups except for control group. On the 4th week after therapy the graft disappeared in 0.5ml and 1.0ml groups or 1.5ml group on the 2nd week. Conclusion Xiao Zheng Tang inhibits growth of the graft and showed a significant therapeutic effects on EMT model rat.
