Application of LIU Yun-peng's experiences in treatment of endometriosis associated dysmenorrheal

Patients with endometriosis combined adenomyosis usually have progressively severe dysmenorrheal and often accompany with sweating,vomiting,diarrhea,tenesmus,and even syncope.Its clinical treatment is diicult.According to the experience of the famous Chinese traditional medicine doctor LIU Yun-peng,most of those patients are mixed with cold and heat,upper heat and lower cold,coexistence of deiciency and excess,imbalance of yin and yang,internal blood stasis and stagnant,reverse and disorder of qi and blood.We treated patients sufered from endometriosis associated dysmenorrheal with Wumei Pill lavored,which was used to treat colic caused by ascaris in Treatise on Febrile Diseases and which has the function of heat-clearing and cold-expelling,tonifying and discharging,heat clearing and lower cold dispelling,and it also can reduce blood stasis and relieve pain.Wumei Pill lavored is very efective for clinical treatment of endometriosis associated dysmenorrheal.
