Effects of Fugongning on the Expression of ER,PR of Ectopic Endometrium and Estrum in Endometriosis Model Rats

Abstract
Objective To explore the mechanism of Fugongning(FGN) in treatment of endometriosis.Methods The rat model of endometriosis was established,the expression of ER,PR in each group of ectopic endometrium was observed by immunohistochemical method.Estrum was observed by vagina smear method.Results Alldoses of FGN could obviously lower the expression of ER and PR in ectopic endometrium of endometriosis model rats and ameliorate their estrum(P0.05).Conclusion FGN can limit its growth of ectopic endometrium by lowering the expression of ER and PR in ectopic endometrium,and can adjust the rat whole.
