Abstract
Objective To study the clinical value of laparoscopic treatment in the patients with endometriosis.Methods 78 patients with endometriosis in our hospital from April 2011 to May 2012 were selected as research object,and all the patients were randomly divided into control group(open operation group) 39 cases and observation group(laparoscopic operation group) 39 cases,then the pregnancy rate in one year,pregnancy time,total effective rate and content and positive rate of serum and peritoneal fluid CA125 before and after the treatment of two groups were compared.Results The pregnancy rate in one year,pregnancy time and total effective rate of observation group were all better than those of control group,the content and positive rate of serum and peritoneal fluid CA125 after the treatment were all lower than those of control group,and they were lower than the content and positive rate before the treatment,there were all significant differences(P0.05).Conclusion The clinical value of laparoscopic treatment in the patients with endometriosis is higher,and its treatment effect is relatively better.
