Abstract

Objective To study the relationship between the self-management behaviors and the social support for patients with endometriosis surgery.Methods 120 cases of patients with endometriosis surgery were recruited into this study.Self-management Behaviors Measuring Scale,General Questionnaire and Social Support Measuring Questionnaire were used to measure the self-management behaviors and the social support.The data were analyzed with the SPSS version 13.0.Results Patients with endometriosis represented a moderate or lower level of self-management,and the total score of self-management behaviors was 53.02±10.56.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the behaviors of self-management and the social support were positively correlated.Conclusion Self-management behaviors are related with social support and need to be improved.
