Analysis of the endometriosis were treated with mifepristone treatment 38 cases

Objective:To investigate patients with endometriosis to retain reproductive function or to retain ovarian function after surgery,taking mifepristone and gestrinone to consolidate the clinical efficacy of treatment. Methods:May 2007 to April 2009 in our hospital to retain reproductive function or to retain ovarian function operation,and pathologically confirmed pelvic endometriosis in 38 patients,19 cases at mifepristone menstrual 1 day medication for 3 to 6 months;control group received Danazol 200 mg,2 to 3 times daily,oral.Comparison of efficacy and side effects follow-up group. Results:All patients with basal body temperature during treatment was one-way model,the two groups after 3 months medication symptoms and signs of relief similar to the two groups after drug withdrawal symptoms and signs were similar in 38 cases,6 patients had mild weight gain,3 a small amount of vaginal bleeding,and some mild nausea.These symptoms were back to normal after treatment.Normal liver function during treatment,no case was discontinued because of side effects;38 patients were followed up for 3 to 20 months,only 2 cases of recurrence.Conclusion:Endometriosis is added after the necessary medical treatment,adjuvant mifepristone,gestrinone can effectively control the clinical symptoms,mifepristone for endometriosis adjuvant drug therapy,toxicity,and have a high clinical value.
