KAPİTALİZM VİRÜSE YENİLİR Mİ? (Does COVID-19 Pandemic Collapse the Economy of Capitalist Market?)

Turkish Abstract: Özgür birey, serbest piyasa ekonomisi ve özel mülkiyet haklarını koruma üzerine kurulmuş olan kapitalist ekonomik model iki yüzyıldır başarılı bir ekonomik modeldir. Sayısız ekonomik kriz, salgın hastalık ve kıtlık sorunları karşısında tartışılmasına ve başarısız olacağı varsayımlarına karşı, Schumpeteryen ekolünde söylediği gibi, ‘yenilikçilik’ ve ‘yaratıcılık’ vasfına sahip girişimcilerin yeni fikirleri ile kendisini yenileyerek her seferinde başarılı olmuştur. Çin’de başlayan ve kısa sürede tüm dünyayı etkisi altına alan korona virüs küresel salgını petrol talebinin azalması, finansal piyasaların çöküşü, tüketimin azalması ve sanayi üretiminin durması gibi kapitalist ekonomik sistemin kâbusu olan değişimleri beraberinde getirdi. Marks’tan beri sıklıkla sorulan ‘kapitalist ekonomik sistemin sonu geldi mi? sorusunu yeniden akla getirdi. Bu yazı, kapitalist sistemin virüs karşısında neden ayakta kalacağını ve yeni bir kapitalist formun yeryüzüne egemen olacağını iddia etmektedir. Virüsü nasıl yenebileceğini açıklamak için yazılmıştır. English Abstract: The capitalist economic model, founded on the free individual, the free market economy and the protection of private property rights, has been a successful economic model for two centuries. In the face of different economic crises, epidemics and famine problems, it has been successful by renewing itself with the new ideas of entrepreneurs who have the qualities of 'innovation' and 'creativity', as it is said in the Schumpeterian school, against the assumptions that it will fail, by gaining a new form.The global epidemic of coronavirus, which started in China and affected the whole world in a short time, brought along changes that are the nightmare of the capitalist economic system, such as the decrease in oil demand, the collapse of financial markets, the decrease in consumption and the cessation of industrial production. Is the end of the capitalist economic system, which has been asked frequently since Marx? It brought the question back to mind. This article claims why the capitalist system will survive the virus and why a new capitalist form will dominate the earth. It was written to explain how to defeat the virus.
