Abstract

Relative abundances of the 10 relatively most abundant bacterial genera in endometriosis and sham (control) groups 3 days before the induction of endometriosis (before EI; endometriosis: n = 8, sham: n = 6) as well as on days 7 (endometriosis: n = 8, sham: n = 8) and 21 (endometriosis: n = 5, sham: n = 7) after the induction of endometriosis (after EI). The genera are sorted by ascending order of relative abundances.
