Острая тазовая боль при абсцессах малого таза (миниинвазивные технологии лечения)

Heterogeneous by etiology and pathogenesis syndrome of pelvic pain in women is studied basing on the experience of treatment of 281 patients with abscesses of small pelvis of different localization. The intension of pain syndrome estimated basing on the McGill's questioner and by numerical visual and analogous scale. The main principle of treatment of the patients was organ-preserving tactic of using in process laparoscopy of double (transabdominal and transvaginal) catchment of abscess's cavity, active readjustment of purulent formation by immobilized ferments and antiseptics. The treatment was controlled by dynamic transdrainage abscessoscopy. The relapse of the disease was marked only in long term postoperative period (in 0,5-2 years) in 3,2 % of patients.
