Effects on Cell Factor in Endometriosis Rats of GuiShaoAnGong Capsule

Objective:To study the effects on cell factor in endometriosis rats of GuiShaoAnGong Capsule(GSAGC),and evaluate the mechanism of it preliminarily.Methods:EMS model rats were randomly divided into high dose GSAGC treated group,middle dose GSAGC treated group,low dose GSAGC treated group,Danazol treated group and model group.Another,sham operation group were acted as control group.The volume of ectopic endometrium,inhibitory rate and pathologic changes of ectopic endometrium in rats of GSAGC were observed.The effects on the levels of Interleukin-6(IL-6) and Tumor Necrosis Factor alpha(TNF-α)in the blood serum were detected by radioimmunoassay(RIA) and the expressions of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor(VEGF) were detected by immunhistochemistry(IHC).Results:Compared with model group,volumes of ectopic endometrium of GSAGC treated groups deflated after four weeks treated(P0.01,P0.05),and inhibitory rates advanced(P0.05),and the levels of IL-6 and TNF-α decreased(P0.01,P0.05),and the expression of VEGF diminished obviously(P0.01,P0.05)Conclusion:GSAGC shows certain treatment on endometriosis of rats.It is possible for the mechanisms that GSAGC could decrease the form of IL-6,TNF-α and VEGF to inhibite the form and growth of ectopic endometrium.
