A new complex approach in treating women of reproductive age with complicated forms of purulent inflammatory diseases of uterus appendages, which is based on application of lymhpotropic therapy during operative treatment and in the postoperative period, is developed. The efficiency of treatment is assessed according to the reduction of system inflammatory reaction signs and immune status change at women in the postoperative period.
