Abstract
Objective:To observe the change of serum CA125,HE4,CA199,inflammatory factor and expression of estrogen and progesterone receptors in tissues of patients with endometriosis. Methods:A total of 56patients with endometriosis in our hospital from May 2012to February 2013were selected as observation group,56women with physical examination at the same time were selected as control group.Serum CA125,HE4,CA199,inflammatory factor and positive expression rate of tissue estrogen and progesterone receptors of two groups were compared, and those indexes of observation group with different rAFS stage were compared. Results:The serum CA125,HE4,CA199,inflammatory factor of observation group were all significantly higher than those of control group, positive expression rate of tissue estrogen and progesterone receptors were lower than those of control group, and those indexes fluctuation of observation group with higher r-AFS stage were larger than those with lower stage(all P0.05).Conclusions:The serum CA125,HE4,CA199,inflammatory factor and expression of tissue estrogen and progesterone receptors of patients with endometriosis all have obvious fluctuation, and the difference is significant among different stage.
