Abstract

In the Dynamic economic dispatch (DED), which is one of the most important issues in the operation of power systems, the amount of production of each power plant to determine the load of the system is determined in order to reduce the overall cost of fuel. In recent years, due to the growing concern about the increase in environmental emissions from fossil power plants, the issue of dynamic economic emission dispatch (DEED) in power plants has been raised in which the cost of production and emission are reduced simultaneously. In this paper, in order to consider environmental considerations in the issue of economic distribution of cargo, the functions of fuel cost and emission rate of power plants have been used. In addition, transmission network losses are taken into account in the modeling to take into account the real situation. To solve the problem, a new method based on the imperialist competitive algorithm (ICA) is proposed for optimal energy distribution, which has high speed and accuracy. In order to evaluate the efficiency of the proposed method, the problem for two systems of 5 and 10- machine is dynamically implemented and the results are compared with other methods. The results of the proposed method show a more appropriate economic cost and emission load than other methods introduced.
