The effect of laparoscopic combine drug therapy on the immune function and inflammation of endometriosis

【Objective】Explore the effect of laparoscopic joint gestrinone treatment on immune function and in-flammation of endometriosis(EMs).【Methods】Laparoscopic surgeries were given to 43 cases EMs patients with sur-gical indications.A total of 6 months of gestrinone were treated.After 6 months,blood samples were taken and IL-2,IL-6,IL-10,and TNF-α were tested by ELISA.【Results】Serum IL-2,IFN-γ of the patients were higher than normal,after the resumption,they returned to the normal levels.IL-6,IL-10 and TNF-α levels were higher than normal,after apparent,they fell to the normal.【Conclusion】Laparoscopic surgery combine with drug treatment to patients with EMs have a certain extent influence on the body′s immune and inflammatory status.
