Abstract
Objective To investigate the feritility of the women’s fertility-reserved operation for uterus adenomysis.Methods The women’s fertility-reserved operations were performed on 156 inpatients for uterus adenomyosis from Jan 2003 to Sep 2009 who had the desire of pregnancy.The operation’s quality was analyzed and their gestational and outcomes were recorded.Results The operative time was (63.22±18.76)min and the volume of intraoperative bleeding was (90.36±22.87)ml.The postoperative follow-up was made for all the cases.156 cases of dysmenorrhea were cured.130 cases’ menstruation became less than before.There were 66 times of pregnancies in 58 patients.The pregnancy rate was 42.3%.Conclusion The women’s fertility-reserved operation was effective for uterus adenomyosis.The rate of recurrence was lower after the operation,and the rate of pregnancy was higher.This operation was a good method for treating uterus adenomyosis which had the desire of pregnancy.
