Cisplatin's influence by peritoneal lavage on the content of TNF-α in the peritoneal fluid of rats with endometriosis

【Objective】 To explore the Cisplatin's influence on the content of tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α) in the peritoneal fluid of endometriosis model rats.【Methods】 Auto-transplantation with uterine tissues were used to develop an rat model of endometriosis,and the rats which received sham-operation were used as normal control.The EM rats were divided randomly into three groups,Cisplatin therapy group,physiological saline treating group and model control group.Then they were deal with different methods.Detected the content of the TNF-α in the peritoneal fluid of each group,observe the change of it.【Results】 The content of the TNF-α in the peritoneal fluid of the EM rats were significantly higher than that of normal group;After the treatment,the content of the TNF-α of Cisplatin treating group were significantly lower than the content of the other groups.【Conclusion】 The content of TNF-α in the peritoneal fluid of the EM rats were advanced significantly.Cisplatin maybe has certain therapeutic action by reducing the contents of the TNF-α.
