Abstract

症例は40歳代後半の2経産婦。強固な癒着のある卵巣内膜症性嚢胞に対する腹腔鏡下右付属器摘出術の5年後に月経随伴性の右腰背部痛が出現。造影CT，DIP，RPで右水腎水尿管と下部尿管の狭窄が指摘された。尿細胞診で子宮内膜細胞が検出され，遺残内膜症の再燃による尿管内膜症と診断した。右尿管へのステント留置とdienogestによる黄体ホルモン療法を開始後すみやかに症状は軽快し，投与24か月の時点で経過良好である。
