Analyses of the Curative Effect of Jingdaining Capsule Combining with External Use of Chinese Herbnal Drugs on Endometriosis after Laparoscopic Surgery

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of consolidation therapy after laparoscopic surgery with Jingdaining capsule combining with external use of Chinese herbnal drugs for patients with endometriosis.Methods 50 patients with uterine endometriosis after laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into two groups,25 cases of treatment group of postoperative combined therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine(oral the Jingdaining capsules,medicine enema,TCM herbs external use),continuous treatment for 3 months.Another 25 patients of the control group were treated with long-acting GnRHa thrapy for 3 months.After treatment,dysmenorrhea severity score,the changes of the serum level of CA125 and EMAb,and the concomitant symptoms of patients were compared between two groups.Results The dysmenorrhea severity score and concomitant symptoms after treatment were improved significantly comparing with those of prior treatment(P0.05).The serum level of CA125 and positive ratio of EMAb were decreased notably(P 0.05),comparing with those of pretherapy.There was no statistically significance between two groups(P 0.05).Conclusion The therapy of Jingdaining capsule combining with the external use of Chinese herbnal drugs and that of GnRHa subcutaneous injection may both improve the symptoms of endometriosis and pathological basis,but Chinese medicine combination therapy in many ways costs lower than GnRHa subcutaneous injection treatment,and there is no any discomfort during treatment.Patients with fertility requirements could prepare for pregnant after the completion of treatment,and exempt the anxiety generated due to waiting for pregnancy.
