Pelvic pain and associated characteristics among women in northern Mexico.
This study found that 40% of women in northern Mexico experienced menstrual pelvic pain, 12% reported intercourse-related pain, and 6% had chronic pelvic pain, with younger age and a history of STIs/PID associated with increased risk.
