Abstract
Objective:Resrarch 0n intervention role of the level of IL-6 in ascitic fluid to New Zealand big-eared white rabbit of Juantongyin in treating endometriosis. Methods:Rabbits were randomly allite in 6 groups:normal groug, model groug, high Juantongyin, medium Juantongyin, low Juantongyin and Danazol group.EWT was surgically induced in the femal New Zealand rabbits first.Obsreve the effect of IL-6 of peritoneal fliud through ELISA test and the statistical analysis companison. Results:There are significantly higher in the level of IL-6 of model groug than of the nornal groug.High Juantongyin, medium Juantongyin, low Juantongyin of peritoneal fluid can reduce the content of IL-6,and in the high Juantongyin effect significantly, compared with model group, statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:Juantongyin may be by lowering the level of IL-6 in ascitic fluid of white rabbit for endomtriosis produce treatment function.
