Analysis on the Clinical Efficacy of Endometriosis Emerged with Barrenness Treated by Laparoscopy Combined with Drug

Objective To explore clinical efficacy of laparoscopy combined with drug in treatment of endometriosis emerged with barrenness.Methods The clinical data of 58 caces of endometriosis emerged with barrenness treated in Taizhou Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital from March 2006 to August 2009 into 2 groups.One was 21cases with routine laparotomy and oral nemestran,another was 37 cases with laparoscopy and GnRH-a,comparing the effect of operation,pregnancy and recurrence rates after operation between the two groups.Results The effective and pregnancy rates in laparoscopy and GnRH-a group were significantly high than laparotomy and oral nemestran group,and the recurrence rate was lower than control group,the difference had statistically difference(P0.05).Conclusion The application of laparoscopic and GnRH-a can increase the effective rate,reduce the recurrence rate and increase the pregnancy rate,which is a effective method to treat endometriosis emerged with barrenness.
