Effect observation on mirena treatment of adenomyosis in 20 cases

Objective To analyze and observe the efficacy of mirena treatment of adenomyosis. Methods 20 cases with adenomyosis were treated by mirena in our hospital from December 2010 to December 2011,patients treated by volume during the period of change and the changes of endometrial thickness were observed. Results The patients after used mirena, the patient′s pain score and the quantity in the form of monthly decline,endometrial thickness thinning from month to month.Among the 20 patients,2 cases had guttata bleeding, 1 case had month appears amenorrhoea phenomenon after 6 months. Conclusion Mirena applied adenomyosis disease clinical effect is very significant,effective mitigation and control of the patient′s symptoms of dysmenorrhea,reduced by the amount of patients,improve the patient′s quality of life,worthy of promotion.
