Analysis Therapy Effect of Endometriosis with Small Dose of Mifepristone

Objective To discuss the curative effect of endometriosis treatment with small dose of mifepristone without affection during the menses period.Methods 32 cases of middle to severe menalgia patient from January 2005 to August 2006 in our hospital were treated with small dose of mifepristone 14 d of menses 6.25 mg for 4 days and 6 months as a course.The menalgia degree was observed.Results There was 31.67% of 32 cases menalgia disappeared.25.0% cases relief and 2.78% no effect the total effective rate is 88.53%.Conclusion This method might treat endometriosis with better effect and without affection on menses period.
