Progress of Chinese Medicine Treatment in Chocolate Cyst

Objective :In contrast to western medicine treatment disadvantage,it summarized the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of endometriosis,focusing on Bushen Huoxue Formula effect on the reproductive function after EMS,in order to bring more gospel for EMS infertility patients.Method : This paper first stated the treatment of endometriosis,and Chinese medicine treatment advantages were discussed from three aspects :(1)the importance of treatment after chocolate cysts laparoscopic surgery;(2)Chinese medicine treatment methods(treatment based on syndrome differentiation,invigorating kidney and regulating menstruation,proved prescription,enema,acupuncture and moxibustion and application therapy);(3)animal experiment for Bushen Huoxue Formula on reproductive function after EMS.Finally it discussed the superiority of the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of chocolate.Conclusion : Western medicine treatment of EMS :the price is expensive with many side effects,can't get pregnant during treatment,after stopping easy to reoccur,few patients adhere to medication.In comparison,Chinese medicine oral administration,external treatment,acupuncture and comprehensive therapy,pharmaceutical dosage form,route of administration change,all these therapies have the characteristics of good curative effect,few side reactions,low price,etc..Future research should further explore Bushen Huoxue Formula effect on the reproductive function after EMS,in order to improve the level of TCM treatment and exert the advantages of Chinese medicine,bringing more gospel to EMS infertility patients.
