Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effects of endometriosis patients laparoscopic surgery treated with mifepristone and gestrinone. Methods A total of 225 cases with laparoscopic treatment of endometriosis were selected form May 2010 to May 2012 in our hospital, they were divided into the mifepristone group, the gestrinone group and control group, there were 75 cases in each group, they were treated with mifepristone, gestrinone, without any intervention measures, the therapeutic effect and side-effect profile in three groups were compared. Results The efficient in the mifepristone group and the gestrinone group were higher than the control group, the relapse rate was significantly lower, the time of menstruation was significantly shorter, there were significant differences(P 0.05).There were no significant differences in the efficient treatment, the recurrence rate, the proportion of patients fully amenorrhea and menstruation time between the mifepristone group and the gestrinone group(P 0.05).The incidence of side effects in the gestrinone group was significantly higher than the mifepristone group and the control group, there were significant difference(P 0.05).Conclusion Endometriosis patients in the laparoscopic treatment on the basis of oral mifepris tone and the gestrinone is able to receive more satisfied with the short-term effect, but has relatively small side effects of mifepristone can be used as the drug of choice for treatment endometriosis and widely used in clinical application.
