The mechanism of action of GnRH agonist to improve the fecundity of women with endometriosis and its application

GnRH agonist(GnRHa) is a kind of medicine most widely used to treat endometriosis.Endometriosis reduces the fecundity of women from many aspects.However,GnRHa can improve the abdominal and follicular environment,receptivity of uterine to embryos and function of oviducts,thus improve the viability of patients with endometriosis.The value of GnRHa treatment in combination with laparoscopic surgery and assisted reproductive technique(ART) to improve the pregnancy outcome of endometriosis is significant to extent.
