Abstract

Objective: To study the value of the application of laparoscopy to the diagnoses of the gynecologic difficult and complicated cases. Method: TV laparoscopy has been used to examine pelvic. Results: 22 gynecologic difficult and complicated cases have been diagnosed timely and definitely by laparoscopy. Of the 22 cases, there are 7 cases of endometriosis, 8 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease (PID), 3 cases of pelvic vein stasis of blood, 3 cases of other diseases and 1 case of normal pelvic. The main pathological changes have been graduated or degreed and the cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory diseases have been taken the etiological examination under thelaparoscope. Conclusion: The diagnosis with laparoscopy is safe, simple, quick and accurate.
