Abstract
Objective:To explore the role of ER,PR,SRC-1 and NCoR in the development of adenomyosis(Am)and the relationship of ER,PR and SRC-1,NCoR.Methods:The mean IOD values of cells with positive expression of ER,PR,SRC-1 and NCoR were detected by immunohistochemistry and tissue microarray methods in 42 cases of ectopic endometria got in adenomyosis specimens(EE group)and 15 cases of normal endometria got in leiomyoma specimen(NE group),also the IOD values of endometrium in proliferative and secretive phases between the two groups were compared. Results:The IOD values of ER and PR in EE group were significantly lower than those in NE group(P0.05);The IOD value of SRC-1 was significantly higher in EE group than that in NE group(P0.05);The IOD value of NCoR was significantly lower in EE group than that in NE group(P0.05).The IOD values of ER,PR,SRC-1 and NCoR in EE group were no statistically significant differences between proliferative phase and secretory phase(P0.05);The IOD values of ER,PR,SRC-1 and NCoR in NE group in the proliferative phase were higher than those in secretory phase(P0.05).Conclusions:In the presence of low expression of ER,the expression of SRC-1 is strengthened in ectopic endometria, while the low expression of PR may reduce the expression of NCoR.The increased expression of SRC-1 and the decreased expression of NCoR may be involved in the implantation and infiltration of adenomyosis.
