Practically, 120 blood samples were collected from 90 patients and 30 healthy persons for comparison, Immune proteins ICAM-1, IL-1 and IgE had measured By ELISA technique and total protein, albumin and calculated globulin by spectrophotometer. The demographic characteristics were collected by outfitted made Questionnaire, high significance differences P = 0.000 for ICAM-1, IL-1 and other proteins was observed when the results of patients group compared with healthy control group. Receiver Operating Characteristic ROC Curve was estimated for ICAM-1 by all groups of patients as compared with healthy by Asthma group sensitivity was 86.6%, specificity = 56.7% AUC = 0.8 and best cut-off point = 251.91 ng/mL, by depending on the sensitivity and AUC it can use the ICAM-1 as excellent discrimination parameter to distinguish asthma.
